Transfer out procedure involves unlocking a domain and obtaining authorization code - both can be done from your account.
To unlock, when in your account click on the checkbox next to the domain name, then click "unlock" button at the top.
After unlocking the domain proceed with the instructions provided by the gaining registrar, you will need authorization code during the transfer out process.
To get auth-code, when in your account click on the domain name itself and find the code on the next page.
